Reconciliation Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

As the title suggests, the candidate will reconcile all balance sheet accounts under Operation Unit, reward and merchandising. This will comprise close monitoring of daily customer receivable ledger including productive and unproductive balance, instalment transactions, written off accounts, maintaining specific provision so all balance are reliable as an area that included in central bank report.

Monitoring and following up all outstanding and aging of suspense account and ensuring the content of suspense items are in proper place, reliable and correct timeliness based on procedure will be important. You will also control and monitor appropriate journal entries that have been posted from operating fees & income or scheme charges booked from daily operations both regular or by necessity. To raise service standards, you will also perform reward and merchandising reconciliation, recording and monitoring purchase order and incoming invoices related with reward and merchandising, ensuring all are suitable with system report.
