Territory Sales Manager - PALEMBANG (TSM)

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop sales program for assigned Master Dealer and Elite Partner in each territory in order to achieve the agreed sales target to be in line with department strategic objectives.
  • Develop an annual business plan (sales target, capability of MD & EP in territory) for assigned MD and EP in order to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Coordinate, monitor and motivate MD & EP in order to achieve the assigned sales target through market penetration or reseller gathering
  • Review sales performance of MD & EP in short term in order to determine action plan or improvement plan of their performance
  • Prepare regular performance and report status of sales activities compare to the agreed sales target and any deviations (if any) to superior, in order to support Superior in making the right decisions and action plan
  • Use allocated budget for implementation of sales program effectively and efficiently in accordance with the agreed budget in order to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Maintain good relationship with MD & EP in order to build loyalty toward Acer and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1),  from any discipline (IT, Management or Engineering would be an advantage)
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Min. 5 years experience in Sales Business in IT or Electronic/Consumer electronics industry with at least 2 years experience in area/ territory sales management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic and requirements
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales target
  • Strong analytical and high impact leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team Player and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Having own vehicle and willing to travel

Pendaftaran Calon Pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi diselenggarakan mulai tanggal 30 Mei 2011 s/d 20 Juni 2011 pada jam 09.00 WIB s/d 16.00 WIB (hari kerja). Berkas pendaftaran hanya dapat diajukan oleh yang bersangkutan dan ditujukan kepada Ketua Panitia Seleksi Calon Pimpinan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi dibuat di atas kertas bermeterai cukup (Rp. 6.000,-).

Purworejo, CyberNews. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (P dan K) Kabupaten Purworejo Senin (16/5) rencananya secara resmi akan mengumumkan hasil kelulusan ujian nasional (UN) tingkat SMA/MA, dan SMK. Pengumuman akan dilakukan serempat di masing-masing sekolah penyelenggara UN.

Kepala Dinas P dan K Drs Bambang Aryawan MM yang dimintai konfirmasi kemarin menyebutkan, siswa yang tidak lulus UN hanya berjumlah 28 orang. Rinciannya 18 siswa SMA/MA dan 10 siswa SMK.

Lebih lanjut dipaparkan, siswa SMA/MA yang lulus jumlahnya 3.345 orang, sedangkan siswa SMK yang lulus berjumlah  5.377 orang. Adapun tiga siswa UN SMALB di Kabupaten Purworejo juga berhasil lulus dalam UN tahun 2011.

Diungkapkan Bambang, dengan hasil itu berarti persentase kelulusan UN tahun 2011 ini meningkat drastis mencapai mencapai 99 % dari persentase kelulusan tahun lalu yang sebesar 95 %.

Berkaitan dengan pengumuman kelulusan esok, Bambang meminta para siswa yang lulus agar merayakan pengumuman secara proporsional, tidak berlebihan. Di samping menjaga perasaan siswa yang tidak lulus, perayaan kelulusan yang berlebihan bisa mengganggu ketertiban umum.

"Cukup dengan sujud syukur atau pengajian, juga baju sekolah yang masih bagus, tidak perlu dicorat-coret. Sebaiknya, disumbangkan kepada adik kelas yang kurang mampu," pesannya.

Disebutkan Bambang, berbagai cara  pengumuman dilaksanakan sekolah untuk mengantisipasi perayaan berlebihan yang kerap dilakukan siswa. Menurutnya, sejumlah sekolah akan memberitahu kelulusan dengan mengundang siswa bersama orangtuanya ke sekolah, atau mengirimkan pengumuman menggunakan jasa pos.

Beginning in the late 19th century, the development of electricity in Indonesia was intensified in several Dutch Companies operating in sugar and tea plantation that developed power plant to meet their personal needs.

Between 1942-1945, there was a great shift from these Dutch manufacturing companies by the Japanese after the Dutch surrendered to the Japanese army in the beginning of World War II.

The shift reoccurred at the end of World War II in August 1945 when the Japanese surrendered to the Allied Forces. This opportunity was taken over by the youths and electricity labourers through Labour/Employee Electricity and Gas delegation together with the Management of KNI Head Office to meet President Soekarno to ask the handover of the Companies to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. On October 27, 1945, President Soekarno established Electricity and Gas Bureau under the Departement of Public Works and Energy with power plant capacity of 157.5 MW.

On January 1, 1961, Gas and Electricity Bureau was changed to BPU-PLN (Board of General Administration of the State Electricity Company) that focused on electricity, gas and coke sectors. On January 1, 1965 BPU-PLN was dismissed and 2 (two) state owned enterprises were formalised, namely Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), a state-owned electricity company, to manage electrity power and Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) to manage gas power.

In 1972, in accordance with Government Regulation No. 17, the State-owned Electricity Company was enacted as a State-owned General Electricity Company and as PKUK responsible to provide electricity to meet public needs. While the Government policy was giving opportunity to the Private Sectors to focus on the provision of electricity, the status of PLN was changed from a General Company to Corporation’ as well as PKUK in providing electricity for public needs until the present.

For more than 30 years Bulog has conducted assignments from the government to handle the staple food especially rice, in order to strengthen national food security. Bulog Management has not changed much over time, although there are differences in the duties and functions in various periods.
In order to carry out its duties and functions, legal status Bulog is a non-departmental government agencies (Officials) under Presidential Decree no. 39 of 1978. However, since the economic crisis that hit Indonesia in 1997 arising from a very strong pressure to drastically cut the government's role so that all national interests including food should be left entirely to market mechanisms. These pressures emerged mainly from developed countries especially the U.S. lenders and international financial institutions like the IMF and World Bank.

Logical consequences that must be accepted from such pressure is Bulog must change completely. Impetus for change comes not only from abroad, but also from within the country. First, changes in government food policy and pruning tasks and functions that are only allowed to handle Bulog rice commodities, removal of import monopolies such as that contained in several Presidential and SK Menperindag since 1998. RI Presidential last about Bulog, the Presidential Decree no. 103 of 2001 asserted that Bulog should switch its status to a state not later than May 2003. Second, the enactment of several new laws, especially Law. 5 of 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices, and Law. 22 of 2000 on Regional Autonomy, which limit the authority of the central government and the abolition of vertical institutions. Third, the public wants Bulog free from elements that are contrary to the demands of reform, freedom from corruption and free from the influence of certain political parties, so that Bulog able to institute an efficient, effective, transparent and able to satisfactorily serve the public interest. Fourth, global economic changes that lead to market liberalization, particularly with the WTO that requires the removal of non-tariff barrier such as a tariff barrier monopoly and opening the domestic market. In the LoI signed by the governments of Indonesia and the IMF in 1998, specifically emphasized the need to change the legal status Bulog for an institution that is more efficient, transparent and accountable.

Due to the demands for change, Bulog has conducted various studies by both internal and external parties Bulog. First, the internal team Bulog in 1998 have reviewed the role of Bulog now and institute changes in the future.
