Technical Trainer – Permanent Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Trainer is a member of Service Operation Department (SOD), reporting to Service Operation and Development Manager.


  • Establish dealer technical and administrative training needs and develop training program to meet these needs
  • Prepare and administer a training budget
  • Prepare of training materials, including course instructor guide notes and participant handouts. As appropriate arrange Translation into Bahasa (local language)
  • Issue training program to Dealers and solicit participation
  • Arrange accommodation and other administrative requirements
  • Conduct training courses and assess competence of students at conclusion
  • Records trainer certificates as well as individual participation of dealers staff.
  • Review effectiveness of courses and adjust amend as appropriate
  • Maintain training facilities
  • Arrange procurement/ maintenance of special tools and equipment
  • Support field service activities by visiting dealers / customers out of Jakarta, and conducts training on the spot as necessary.
  • Support establishment of new dealers in terms of basic technical training to the staff as well as the required special tools of the concerned products.
  • Maintain the level of technician composition as per company direction and make a necessary adjustment on training class schedule accordingly.
  • Maintain and update technician database into the system on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Male, moderate age, less than 33 years old is preferred.
  • A minimum of a graduate from reputable University and majoring in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years in similar position.
  • Good technical knowledge about automotive technology.
  • Strong computer literate.
  • Able to prepare regular report of the figures and the analysis result.
  • Spoken and written English.
  • Good communication skills and able to conduct training /make good presentation (superior written and verbal communication skills directed at a wide range of audiences).
  • Highly motivated, independent, high integrity and able to work with a minimum level of supervision.
  • Ability to drive with valid driving license.
