- Lulusan Academic Perawat
- Mempunyai Sertifikat Hiperkes & BCLS (Basic Cardio Life Support) & BTLS( Basic Trauma Life Support)
- Bersedia u Rolling Shift
- Berbadan Sehat
- Tidak Merokok
- Tidak Buta Warna
- Tidak Berkaca Mata (Diutamakan)
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
