An excellent opportunity for Officer - HR Admin has arisen to join our Construction Operation Department. Residentially based in BHP Haju Road Project and reporting to Site Administration Manager. To assist to plan, lead, organize and control the recruitment and industrial system and contribute to the on-going success and achievement of the HR activity and positive team work environmental at all times.
Manage site recruitment business process and repare employment statement and data verification for personal loans. Employee loans program (available for Medical, Study and Force Majeure only). Assist employee to get Children Educational Assistance Benefits (available for Staff only). Termination: Resignation - only.Prepare Certificate of Employment.Report Marital Status changes for Medical and Tax data on December.Provide all data for HRIS - Monthly Report. Input new employee data or changes of status on TCI online medical program. Arrange Transfer Employee - Employee Record Variation Transfer / Change Status, Pre-Transfer Evaluation Report. Fixed Term Contract monitor and follow up. Arrange Personnel file - Non Staff (for all Staff send to Jakarta). Medical Second man Program Arrangement. Maintain current employee personnel files both hard and soft copy. Maintain data for weekly report - Absenteeism, Employee who commence, Employees Out, Contract Expire, Warning, Probation. Support Medical Administrator if required. Ensuring HRIS data and payroll obtain all relevant records/information. E.g. action Change Status, PDR's, HR forms, agreement and employee details. (Education, POH a DOH, address, family), etc. Arrange for New Member - distribute the invitation to employee and send the completed copy to PKK Jakarta.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in Psychology; Law; Business; Engineering; Accounting; Communication., or suitable work experience, with minimum of 2 years' experience in previous experience in a varied Project admin, Payroll or Purchasing. Proficient in IT Applications; good communication; assertive; fluent in English both oral and written; good computer skills; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
