#1 SYSTEM ANALYST
 
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Information System or other related field
  • Have minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering and information system
  • Excellence skills in proposal writing and presentation
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and able to work under tight schedule
Responsibility :
·         Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems
·         Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems
·         Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with the operating system.
·         Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing need
·         Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes
·         Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use
·         Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration
·         Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise
·         Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, site and/or server licensing, and user access and security
·         Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
·         Write and maintain system documentation
·         Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system
·         Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
·         Document system problems and resolutions for future reference
·         Other duties as assigned
#2 WEB PROGRAMMER
 
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Information System or other related field
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
  • Have minimum 2 years of web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
  • Have experience working with relational database system such as My SQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL
  • Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
  • Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Self motivated and able to work under tight schedule
Responsibility :
·         Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications
·         Perform complete testing of Web applications unit and system, engaging users as necessary
·         Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results
·         Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use
·         Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing
·         Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions as the summer season unfolds
·         Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn
·         Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines,
and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
 
#3 WEB DESIGNER
 
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Information System or other related field
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
  • Have minimum 2 years of web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
  • Have experience working with relational database system such as My SQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL

Responsibility :
·         Translating a client's marketing or informational content into a functional website
·         Mapping or outlining a website's structural content
·         Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
·         Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts
·         Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing
·         Creating templates of approved website layout
·         Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software
·         Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content from the client
·         Integrating verbal content with site design for final product
·         Posting completed site to internet server using FTP software
·         Making changes to the site directed by client
·         Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines,
and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
 
#4 TECHNICAL WRITER
 
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree in Information System or other related field
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
  • Have minimum 2 years of web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP

and to select and present information in a form and at a level suitable for the intended audience
·         These information materials may be for internal or external dissemination at the national and international levels,
and may include internal reports and publications; clinical research protocols; patient education materials;
summaries of research programs, reports of research findings, and news articles. Assignments often involve writing or editing for electronic media,
and may include highly visible communications projects
·         These positions require knowledge of a broad range of sources of pertinent information; skill to analyze and present the information gathered;

The two-year Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) Program, Harvard Kennedy School's newest degree, is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in international development. It is an economics-centered, multi-disciplinary program, combining rigorous training in analytical and quantitative methods with an emphasis on policy and practice.

Each academic year, a class of about 65 students enrolls in this selective program. Although the MPA/ID curriculum is intensely rigorous and provides a solid foundation for applied research, the program is geared to future practitioners in the field of international development rather than future academics.

Both US and international candidates are considered for admission. Applicants must demonstrate competence in economics and quantitative analysis and the potential for leadership in international development. Although the MPA/ID Program occasionally accepts applicants directly from undergraduate colleges and universities, most admitted candidates have at least three years of work experience in government, central and regional banks, international development institutions, non-governmental organizations, or private businesses.

The MPA/ID Program has course prerequisites to ensure that students will be adequately prepared for the rigor of the core curriculum. The prerequisite course requirements are one university level course in each of the following:

Accountant, Privatization Support
Basic Function :
Support the overall daily accounting activities between PTFI and specific private partners, including the recording, analyzing, reviewing, consolidating and reporting of all private partner's accounting activities to maintain compliance with proper accounting procedures, contractual obligations, budget and company policies.


Job Responsibility :
1. Prepare and supervise day-to-day accounting activities related to privatization partners, including their
budgeting/forecasting, monthly variance cost analysis, consolidation and reporting, to align their accounting activities with company accounting management system.
2. Prepare and record accounting information related to
privatization partners, uploading to existing accounting database system, maintain the system and publish any relevant reports, to ensure that the information gathering and usage are according to PTFI accounting (book keeping) procedures and therefore may be used for cost performance
reviews and closing.
3. Communicate with specific privatized partners on daily accounting activities to make sure that all accounting information deriving from the private partners are in line
with the accounting management system of the company and any contractual (MSA - Master Service Agreement) agreement and to assist whenever an accounting problem should arise.
4. Check that privatization company charges are recorded to
the proper account and identify any variance in cost to prepare such and any information to be included in the Cost Variance Analysis/Performance Review relating to the respective privatization partners.
5. Daily review on PTFI - privatization partner's transactions (invoices, wire transfers, etc.) as well as arrange and organize payment requests and processes to ensure that they are complete, accurate and in compliance with the MSA obligations.
6. Assist the Chief Accountant to produce Financial and Accounting reports (reconciliation report, analysis report, etc.) related to privatized partners making sure that the information are accurate and agreeing to PTFI accounting
books and meeting predetermined reporting targets and deadlines.
7. Prepare and assist the chief accountant on certain special accounting projects and in coordinating accounting
areas of other larger scale special projects related to privatized partners, to make sure that all information supplied for these special/management projects are accurate and in compliance with proper accounting procedures, MSAs and PTFI policies.

° Understanding the various privatization lines of business
and their respective contracts (MSAs) and making judgment on specific accounting transaction condition.
° Dynamic nature of the accounting environment as company situation, policies and directions change.
° Justifying accounting treatment on privatization partners pursuant to GAAP and company policies.
° Meeting closing deadlines and targets, particularly
managing data and information relating to privatization company.
