Responsibilities:
Analyze and give recommendation on Centralized HR Services & Operations process improvement
Build new procedures or revise existing procedures according to team’s analysis result
Involve in improvement process initiatives in Centralized HR Services & Operations unit
To do quality assurance for Centralized HR Services & Operations transactions


Requirements:
Minimum S1 from any faculty
Minimum 2 years experience in data and business process analysis
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Basic IT skill: MS Windows and MS Office
Able to identify issues, collect and categorize information, analyze/interpret information and make recommendations
Able to arrange given tasks, prioritizing, setup schedule and focus on tasks
Able to give the best quality in completing tasks, be responsible of the work result
Able to give quick response and initiate more than required by the job
