  • Receptionist service for the MYRIAD office, greeting guests, phone operator and ensuring a positive initial impression of the company.
  • Assist Supervisor in day-to-day administration activities, e.g. Time sheet, Building/Office maintenance, cars and maintain staff absence.
  • Keep track of office supplies and make sure that sufficient essential supplies are available in stock all times.
  • Maintain drivers schedule to ensure smooth daily operation


  • Female, Max 26 years old
  • Diploma (D1)
  • A minimum of two years experience in front liner
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to change
