Metro TV Management Development Program (MMDP)
 Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from any major with GPA minimum 3.00
2. Fresh graduate with maximum age 26 years old, or having maximum 1 year of working experience
3.  Have strong interest in Broadcast / Sales
4. Actively involved in organizational activities
5.  Have strong leadership
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills

NEW CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NCD-Mgr)

1. Bachelor Degree, max 45 years old
2. At least 10 years relevant working experience (Sales area)
3. Resourceful with networking skills
4.  Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm for sales.
5. Strong relationship builden negotiation ability, analysis and appraisal of client bases
6. Positive working attitude and able to work in both team and independently
7.  Pro-active and creative approach to problem solving and job responsibilities

Client Services (CS)

1. Bachelor Degree, max 32 years old
2. Good presentation skill, and have achievement in selling
3. Target oriented and results driven.
4. Preferably has experience in broadcast tv or advertising agency.

Account Executive (AE)

1. Male/Female, max 35 years old
2. Bachelor Degree from any major
3. Min. 2 years experience in Broadcast (TV or Agency)
4.  Good communication and negotiation skill
5.  Owned a car (a must)

Internal Auditor (IA)

1. Male, max 35 years old
2. Bachelor Degree majoring accounting
3. Min. 3 years experience in Public Accountant
