Requirements:

• Willing to be trained at Thailand for several months
• Bachelor
  degree from reputable university, major in Automotive, Electrical,
  Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Single, 22-26 years old.
• Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing will be an advantage
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written. (TOEIC score > 500 )
• Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.

New Model Management
(Plant (Cikampek))

Responsibilities:

• Quality target and activity planning
• Organize and promote QA activities
• Validate of the target achievement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
• Has experience 1 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, 22-74 years old.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Has interest and knowledge in automotive
• Has
  good knowledge on Technical Automotive, analytical thinking, numerical
  ability, good perspective, accuracy and logic of verbal
• Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
• Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, discipline, diligent, trustworthy and loyal.

Genba Trainer - Assistant Manager
(Plant (Cikampek))

Responsibilities:

• To handle Genba Dojo curriculum activities
• To enhance and coordinate Kaizen initiatives
• To handle any NC/training related activities in plant
• Train and problem soling method (QCC & Six Sigma)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Have experience in automotive manufacturing company or assembly Min. 2 Years
• Male, 28 - 35 years old.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Has spirit to learn and make improvement continuously
• Has Customer Satisfaction oriented mindset
• Willing to be placed in Cikampek

Field Quality Improvement Staff
(Jakarta (TB Simatupang))

Responsibilities:

• Collect field information and incident parts
• Prioritize the issues and request countermeasure
• Supply C/M information to the field
• TR Issue to each sourcing

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
• Has experience 1 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, 22-27 years old.
