Requirements:

• Hold min. Diploma Degree from academy secretary
• Have min. 2 years experience as Secretary (preferred as Secretary in Sales & Marketing Department)
• Female with attractive appearance
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
• Excellent skills in MS Office (esp. Ms. Excel), administrative job and business correspondence
• Proactive with excellent communication and multi tasking skills
• Having knowledge in SAP Application is preferable
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
