Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Deep knowledge and extensive experience in training field (program development, program delivery, program management).
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
