In pharmaceuticals, we manufacture and market well-known pharmaceutical brands such as Neurobion®, Sangobion® and Glucophage®. In the Chemicals business, Merck markets a whole range of laboratory reagents, pigments and other specialty chemicals.
To accelerate our growing business, we are looking for a result-driven, dynamic and energetic candidate to fill the vacant position as:

Responsibilities:

• Understand the customers and environment: conducts market research.
• Formulates & develops marketing strategies, including 5-year plan.
• Implements the Marketing Strategy, through annual/cyclical plan of action (POA).
• Supports Sales team to deliver sales objectives & activities.
• Builds KOLs endorsement & advocates, networks with other stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high level of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge under responsibility.
• Monitors performance and controls A&P budget.
• Team effectiveness, including Merck network.
• Adherence to Merck Serono and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as product executive in pharmaceutical industri is required for this position.
• Possess knowledge in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Possess analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess strategic orientation skill, relationship with KOL, speakers & specialist association skill, change & innovation skill and team work skill.
• Fluent in english.
• Willing to work on weekend.
• Willing to work on under pressure conditions.
• Willing to travel and overnight.
