Responsibilities:

• Carrying out the training needs for the costumer;
• Defining the skill-sets needed to perform different roles;
• Carrying out performance assessments;
• Designing training programmes;
• Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs;
• Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;
• Preparing the learning environment and resources;
• Delivering training programmes;
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes;
• Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and also resource allocation.
• Ready to work outside of job description
• Having the 'Can Do' attitude

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
•  Required language(s): English
•  Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•  Full-Time positions available.
