Corporate Real Estate Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Supporting Real Estate Country Manager in handling property leasing and act also as market research and occupier's advisory

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, majoring in Real Estate & Urban and Regional Planning is preferred.
• Have minimum 2 year(s) in similar position
• Experienced in Property leasing, market research, occupier’s advisory, and project management.
• Deep knowledge in property legal matters
• Diligent with high degree of analytical skill and problem solving orientation.
• Being highly proactive, self motivated and real use of common sense.
• Able to work under pressure and to deliver result on time.
• Occasional out of town travel will be required
• Fluent in English both written and oral

Finance Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Supporting Sr. Operation Manager in manage the financial planning and analysis also the commercials aspect including billing and collection.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Have minimum 3 year(s) in similar position and or Public Accounting
• Having good understanding on Accounting and Supply Chain Finance principals
• Concern to details, high integrity, enthusiastic & hard worker
• Fluent in English both written and oral

Tax Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely payment and reporting of monthly tax return to ensure no interest and penalty imposed
• Liaise with tax office account representatives to understand the tax exposure for the company
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to solve any taxation matter
• Get an update on tax regulation and its implementation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Accounting/tax
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in similar position
• Preferably having Brevet A & B certificate
• Familiar with E-SPT & Good knowledge of Indonesia Taxation
• Have a working experience in KAP will be an advantage
• Experience in foreign company is preferable
• Fluent in english both written and oral
